What you are buying
A one-time payment for public placement: either a new statement on hainahola.lol, or additional paid prominence for an existing statement. Your contribution is added to that statement's ranking total. No particular rank, headline position, or duration at the top is promised. This is a placement purchase, not an auction, a prize, a wager, or an investment.
Price and currency
All prices are in Australian dollars. Minimum A$0.50, maximum A$1,000 per checkout. The exact amount is shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or preselected extras. Payment is processed by Stripe through hosted checkout; we never receive your card details.
Ranking
Totals are the sum of confirmed contributions minus successful refunds, excluding contributions under an open or lost dispute. Ties favour the statement published first. Two people can both pay amounts that would have led when they started; both payments stand and the ranking rules decide the result. We don't charge extra, cancel the lower one, or claim both won.
Your content
You confirm your text is yours to post and any link is yours to share, and that it follows the rules. Text, name and link are locked once checkout begins. You grant us permission to display the statement publicly, including in share images and previews. Display names are labels, not verified identities; don't impersonate people.
Removal, refunds and disputes
We may hide content that breaks the rules. If we remove a statement for prohibited content, we initiate refunds of its remaining unrefunded contributions. Being overtaken, receiving unflattering reactions, or the site changing over time are expected parts of the product and are not by themselves grounds for refund. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method.
Availability
We may pause new payments at any time (browsing continues). The service is provided as-is for entertainment. We're not responsible for what other people post or where their links go.
